Billy Vessels Memorial Stadium Upgrades Moving Forward

Our stadium is in need of significant repairs, and a recent Title IX audit conducted by the Oklahoma State School Board Association identified our field and visiting bleachers as the most critical areas requiring attention. In response, the board approved funding for 500 new aluminum bleacher seats and new natural grass turf.

These improvements, along with additional stadium updates, will ensure a better experience for our athletes, band members, and fans. We are excited to provide a facility our community can be proud of!

2026 School Calendar & 4-Day Week Consideration

We are continuing discussions about the possibility of increasing the number of abbreviated weeks in our school calendar.

To make an informed decision, we are focused on hearing directly from families who may experience hardship due to this change. No decision will be made without fully considering the needs of our families. If that is you please fill out our form linked here!

In the image you can see the calendar comparisons that we are considering. Each shows an increase in abbreviated weeks. The most drastic version of our calendar options would include 8 more weekdays out of school than our 6 year average. Calendar option 2 would include taking Mondays off.
