We have partnered with Foster Corner Drug to offer voluntary flu immunizations for our students on October 12th. We will also be offering Pneumonia, Tdap, Hepatitis A/B, MMR, HPV, and Meningitis boosters as well as a COVID vaccine for students 12 and older if you would like your student to have them at this time.

Students will need to have a signed consent form turned in prior to receiving the service. The form is available for download below or you can contact your student’s school office and they will send one home with your student. If you have an insurance card, please provide a copy with your submitted form.

Participation is voluntary.
