Cleveland High School is proud to recognize six outstanding students—Hunter Mitchell, Kenna Estes, Clarr Chasteen, Averi Draper, McKenna Hewitt, and Abigail Rogers—for earning FFA‑connected Work-Based Competency Exams. These students have demonstrated not only strong academic knowledge, but also the hands‑on skills and professionalism required in real-world agricultural and technical settings. Completing these industry‑aligned competencies gives them a significant advantage as they prepare to enter a highly competitive workforce.
Their achievements reflect the purpose of Oklahoma FFA Career Passports: to validate that students can apply technical skills in authentic workplace environments and meet industry expectations. Each of these students has shown commitment, responsibility, and career readiness far beyond the classroom.
CHS is also excited to celebrate two students who earned State FFA Proficiency Awards, one of the most respected recognitions within Oklahoma FFA. These awards highlight exceptional work and growth in students’ Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) programs, showcasing the depth of learning happening in our VoAg program.

Cleveland High School continues to expand opportunities that directly connect students to their future careers. With a CareerTech certification exam proctor on our campus, students in any CareerTech pathway can now earn industry‑standard certifications endorsed by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education.
Programs across STEM, Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS), Business/Marketing/IT (BMITE), Health Careers, and Agricultural Education (VoAg) now provide students with recognized credentials that employers value.
All of these efforts support our commitment to ensuring that 100% of CHS graduates leave enrolled, employed, or enlisted. By offering meaningful pathways and real credentials, Cleveland High School is empowering students with the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to build successful futures.
Congratulations again to Hunter, Kenna, Clarr, Averi, McKenna, and Abigail. Their hard work represents not only personal achievement, but the strong, career‑ready future being built at CHS.
