We are excited to offer on-site opportunities to enroll NEW students in our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs for the upcoming school year!

If your child will turn 4 or 5 on or before September 1, 2021, and the student has not been enrolled with us previously, we would love the opportunity to get you ready for the fall.

(If your student has previously attended CPS then you do not need to do anything. We have you covered!)

What you will need:

1. Up to date Immunization Record
2. Birth Certificate
3. Proof of Residency such as a utility bill
4. If applicable – Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB)

An enrollment packet will be available on-site or you can download a copy and fill it out ahead of time.
