Simplified School Calendar for Next Year

We have heard feedback about our calendar being confusing for the Tiger Family this year. To address this, we’ve simplified it for next year while still honoring our preferred 4 Day Week.

4 Day Week Schedule:

• We will maintain a 4 Day Week from Thanksgiving Break onward.
• The last week of the Fall Semester will have a 5 day schedule, allowing for consistent routines with Tiger Days and end-of-semester exams in our secondary buildings. Our elementary schools also enjoy their Pre-Christmas Break festivities during this week.

Flexibility Moving Forward:

• This calendar allows us to be flexible as public schools face increased scrutiny from the state legislature regarding school calendars.
• We expect mandatory increases in the number of days students are on campus in the next 1-3 school years. This revised calendar prepares us to incorporate those days in a fluid manner.
