Tiger Vision 2025 Bond Update – Summer Progress & What’s Ahead

Thanks to the continued support of our Cleveland community, we’re making steady strides toward the vision you helped us set in motion with the Tiger Vision 2025 Bond. While some projects are still in the planning phase, this summer has already brought big improvements for our students.

What’s Happening Now

• Technology Access – Over 400 brand-new Chromebooks have been purchased and distributed to every Cleveland High School student, ensuring they have the tools they need for learning anywhere.
• Learning Spaces – Nearly 1,000 new desks, tables, and student chairs are set to arrive for both our Middle School and High School in the coming months, refreshing our classrooms and creating more comfortable, functional learning environments.

Phase 1: Indoor Practice Facility
We are deep in the design process for the new Indoor Practice Facility. This step includes more than just drafting plans—it’s about making sure the project is built to last. Right now, we are:

• Designing the interior layout for optimal use.
• Conducting soil samples from multiple locations inside and around the site.
• Reviewing data from a topographical study to understand the land’s shape and drainage patterns.

This extra attention to detail ensures we make the right arrangements for water and rain runoff before construction begins in November 2025. While this means the planning stage takes longer, it’s the best way to protect our investment and build a facility that serves generations of Tigers to come.

Looking Ahead
Here’s the current timeline for upcoming phases:

• Phase 2: High School Roof, Labs/SPED, Entry, Electrical – Design begins Sept. 2025, construction in late spring/summer 2026.
• Phase 3: Middle School Locker Rooms, Event Center Locker Room and Wrestling Room and Intermediate School Cafeteria – Design begins Sept. 2025, construction summer/fall 2026.
• Phase 4: High School Fine Arts, Kitchen, Cafeteria, Renovation of the Old Gym area at the high school – Design begins April 2026, construction fall/winter 2026–27.
