At Cleveland Public Schools, we believe every Tiger deserves a future filled with opportunity, purpose, and HOPE. That’s why we are proud to unveil an exciting lineup of new 2027 course offerings for both Cleveland Middle School (CMS) and Cleveland High School (CHS). These programs are designed to spark curiosity, build real‑world skills, and prepare students for life beyond graduation—whether they choose to Enroll, Enlist, or become Employed.

Right now, data shows:

40% of our graduates enroll in college,
30% participate in Central Tech programs,
…which leaves roughly one‑third of our students who need direction, options, and employable skills before they leave our campus.

These new learning pathways are designed specifically to support that group—students who thrive with hands‑on experiences, industry credentials, and practical career exploration.

Beginning next year, Cleveland High School seniors will have the opportunity to earn Career Tech–approved industry certifications on our own campus.
This means:
✔ Students will graduate with direct, employable skills
✔ Families save time and transportation costs
✔ Employers gain job‑ready Tiger talent
✔ Students who don’t plan to attend college leave with real credentials in hand

These certifications are being built intentionally within our new CHS pathways—like welding, codying, and cyber security.
