Help us Prepare for a Great Year – Complete These Back to School Surveys

As we gear up for another great school year, we want to make sure everything is in place for a smooth and successful start for your family. Each year, we ask parents and guardians to complete a few important surveys that help us meet state and federal requirements and help us plan our bus routes for the school year.

In the past, these were filled out during Open House nights on paper—but this year, we’re making things easier and more convenient by moving them online.

Primary Meet the Teacher – 5:30pm to 7:30pm – Come and Go

Intermediate Meet the Teacher – 5:30 to 7:00pm – Come and Go

Middle School 6th Grade Orientation – 6:00pm – Schedule Pick Up 7-8pm Come and Go

High School Freshman Orientation 7:00pm – Schedule Pick Up 7:30pm-8:00pm Come and Go

You can complete them anytime from your phone, tablet, or computer. It only takes a few minutes, and your input is incredibly valuable! Below each form is linked and an explanation follows as to WHY the form exists.

1) HOUSEHOLD SURVEY

The most important survey you can fill out for our school district. The Household Survey allows us to keep our schoolwide free breakfast and lunch, it also means extra funding for our school district. Our student accounting staff in our central office are the only staff with access to the survey. This document is in replacement of the traditional Free and Reduced Lunch Survey.

2) STUDENT RESIDENCY QUESTIONNAIRE

The student residency questionnaire is now required by federal government to be filled for each student each year. This allows a school district to identify if any of their students housing situation has changed, and that change could mean extra resources for your family from the school district.

3) BUS RIDER AGREEMENT SURVEY

If your kids will be a school bus rider, please fill the rider agreement form out and discuss the expectations with your students. Bus drivers will begin communicating with parents on routes and times depending on who fills this out. Communication from drivers will begin on July 31st and August 1st.

We are excited for the start of next school year and want to send directly to you some helpful links to peruse while you soak up these last remaining summer nights.
