NOTICE OF SEALED BID SALE OF SURPLUS SCHOOL PROPERTY
Cleveland School District will receive SEALED BIDS for surplus property as described below. Bids will be accepted at:

• Cleveland Administration Office – 600 N. Gilbert St.
• Bids can be turned in anytime up to  December 12 at 12:00pm
• Sealed bids will be publicly opened on December 12 at 12:15pm in the Administration Office Board Room. You do not have to be present to be awarded the bid. 

The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Inspection: 

Items may be inspected by appointment the week of December 8 thru 11th from 8:15am to 1:30pm. Since this is during school hours with students on campus, you must call 918-358-2210 option 1 to schedule time and location of inspection.

Bid requirements: Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “SEALED BID — SURPLUS PROPERTY” with the following information.

• Bidder name, phone, and mailing address, 
• Item Name, Brand, Model, and SN/VIN 
• Bid Amount for each item. 

Full payment is due within 2 business days of notice of award. Successful bidders must remove items by December 19th  and are responsible for removal costs.

Payment & Title (if applicable): 

Payment must be made in full by cash or check. Title and/or receipt will be delivered upon full payment. Items are sold “AS-IS” with no warranties; district makes no representation as to condition or fitness.
