Recently, we received great news that school meals will be free for all students until January 2021!  However, there is still a need to fill out and return the traditional Free & Reduced Lunch Form no matter what educational program you are enrolled in.  Once January gets here and the waiver rolls off, you do not want to be scrambling!

For decades, 65 to 75% of ALL Cleveland students have qualified for the free or reduced food service program.  Qualifying for this program can save your family up to $1,000 per child!  With most of our families meeting the criteria, this is another amazing opportunity for the school to serve you and your child!

You only need to fill this form out once per school year. If you haven’t filled it out and returned it already here are a couple of options.

Digital Submission:

Download and Dropoff/Mail:
You can download, fill out, print, and drop off or mail the PDF version of the form to:

Fill Out On-Site:
You can pick-up a paper copy of the document at the above address or at your student’s building office, fill it out on site or at home, and return it.
