Request for Bid – 500-Seat Aluminum Bleachers for Football Stadium
106 E. Kaw Avenue, Cleveland, OK. Replacement of South Bleachers

The Cleveland Tigers School District invites sealed bids for the provision and installation of aluminum bleachers for our football stadium. Bidders are requested to submit proposals for two options:

Option 1: A continuous bleacher system of at least 500 seats. 30” Elevated Angle Frame Bleacher, ADA Complaint with at least 1 ramp and 2 stairs. 

Option 2: Multiple smaller aluminum bleacher sections totaling at least 500 seats, designed to allow for future relocation and reuse. Provide elevated and non-elevated unit options.

Scope of Work – The bid shall include the following:
Design and manufacture of aluminum bleachers with a capacity of at least 500 seats.
Anchoring of bleachers to a gravel base.
Compliance with all applicable safety and building codes.
Delivery and installation of the bleachers on-site.
Guaranteed installation completion by August 1, 2025.

Required Information – Bids must include:
Detailed scope of work, including material specifications.
Estimated ordering time and shipping time.
Installation timeline with guaranteed completion date.
Pricing for both options:
Option 1: Continuous bleacher system.
Option 2: Multiple smaller bleacher sections.

Submission Requirements: All bids must be sealed and submitted to the Cleveland Tigers School District by 4:30 PM on January 6, 2025.
Late submissions will not be considered.

Evaluation Criteria – Bids will be evaluated based on:
Adherence to the scope of work.
Delivery and installation timelines.
Cost-effectiveness.
Suitability for future relocation (for Option 2).
