We are excited to offer a few early on-site opportunities to enroll in our Pre-Kindergarten program! If your child will turn 4 on or before September 1, 2020 we would love the opportunity to get you ready for the fall.

When:

Monday, June 29th  – 9 am to 3 pm
Tuesday, June 30th – 9 am to 3 pm
Tuesday, July 7th – 2 pm to 6 pm

Where:

Cleveland Primary School
300 N Gilbert Ave,
Cleveland, OK 74020

What you will need:

1. Up to date Immunization Record
2. Birth Certificate
3. Proof of Residency such as a utility bill
4. If applicable – Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB)

An enrollment packet will be available on-site or you can download a copy and fill it out ahead of time. 

If you have an older student who is new to the district and needs to enroll for next year or you can’t make these dates, you can stop by the Administration building weekdays from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM and we will get you signed up!

We will follow social distancing guidelines during these enrollment dates.
